Exchange & Return Policy

At Abu Naif Honey, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing premium-quality products backed by a clear and flexible Exchange & Return Policy.


General Exchange & Return Policy

  • Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Bundle offers and opened products are not eligible for return.
  • International orders are non-returnable. If an international shipment is refused or not received (including due to customs duties or related charges), the shipping costs and customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces or platforms cannot be returned through Abu Naif Honey and remain subject to the return policy of the original platform.
  • Customers are entitled to a full refund if their order is delayed by more than 14 days.

Diamond Guarantee – Happiness Blend

Our exclusive Diamond Guarantee applies only to the purchase of one single jar of the Happiness Blend (bundle offers are excluded).

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be used correctly for 14 consecutive days.
  • The recommended usage is one spoon in the morning and one spoon in the evening.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order is received.


Exchange & Return Fees

  • Within Saudi Arabia: A shipping fee of SAR 29 applies to exchanges or returns and will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Promotional samples
  • Bundle offers


Manufacturing Defects

  • If a product has a clear manufacturing defect, it may be exchanged or returned at any time. However, the customer must report the defect within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • After 14 days, refund requests for manufacturing defects will no longer be accepted.
